ABOUT THE JOB

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the effectiveness and impact of current digital marketing campaigns. Develop and implement improvement recommendations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Hawkins business segments and their unique marketing needs. Work with business segment leaders to optimize the Lead Qualification process.
  • Work in partnership with the line of business (LOB) leaders to develop creative and guide creative direction to meet objectives for product development and lead generation, including email campaigns, digital creative, and video assets.
  • Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns and feature enhancement initiatives across the prospect and customer life cycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging with other marketing channels.
  • Manage content and updates for our websites and email nurture campaigns.
  • Manage the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) process to ensure that company web properties have high organic ranking for terms of interest. Continually refine and improve our target keyword list with feedback from the LOB leaders.
  • Improve the lead collection and attribution process across web and email campaigns.
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, and strategies to improve Lead generation and conversion.
  • Manage and improve contact lists for marketing purposes.
  • Improve Hawkins social networking presence by assist internal departments with applicable social media marketing platforms (Glassdoor/LinkedIn/Facebook/YouTube).

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience developing digital marketing plans and campaigns
  • Understanding of list generation, optimization, and maintenance for digital campaigns
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with analyzing campaign performance using data analytics
  • Ability to summarize take-aways in high-level reports for an executive audience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience of using various marketing channels (content writing, email marketing, social media, digital events, etc.) to communicate product features & benefits
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (Dynamics, SalesForce, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of online marketing and social media strategies
  • Experience utilizing CRM marketing automation tools (Dynamics Marketing Module preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of pay-per-click (PPC), search engine optimization (SEO), and Landing Page optimization techniques
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience designing campaigns across multiple business segments/product lines
  • Website Content Management System (CMS) experience, WordPress preferred
  • Excellent reporting and analytical capabilities
