The Role. As a Digital Marketing Analyst at Mabbly, your role is to use data to tell stories, measure performance, understand user behavior, and inform decision-making. You will conduct quantitative research with SEO tools like SEMRush and Ahrefs, analyze engagement data in Google Analytics, and execute/report/optimize marketing campaigns in PPC platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. This position requires strong quantitative skills, business savvy to accomplish client digital marketing goals, a technical mind with attention to detail, and a natural flair for data synthesis and storytelling. What You'll Do Day-to-Day Priority Skillset You'll be working in PPC platforms and web analytics platforms everyday-primarily: SEM: Google Paid Search, Google Display, YouTube Social: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn Web Analytics: GA4, Google Search Console You'll be using SEO tools on a regular basis-primarily: SEMRush Ahrefs Screaming Frog Strategic Analysis and Digital Strategy Proficient at analyzing digital marketing campaign performance, identifying KPIs that can be used for strategic recommendations and learnings for internal teams and external clients Collaborate with account, strategy, product and creative teams to ensure digital strategies and tactical execution is aligned with overall go-to-market plan and project objectives Responsible for assisting the Digital Lead by generating digital visibility and equity audits for client and competitor domains encompassing SEO, Social, and PPC Execution, Reporting and Optimization Responsible for executing SEO projects and carrying out SEO execution including detailed keyword analysis, on-site technical SEO (titles, meta, etc.), and off-site referral domain analysis Accountable for building and managing PPC awareness and conversion campaigns end-to-end-- starting with digital marketing research, digital auditing, and competitive analysis Accountable for setting up, executing, monitoring and evaluating campaign performance KPIs and optimizing/advising internal teams at a regular cadence to pivot tactics, content, and channel mix strategy to better meet client targets Campaign management: setup, audience creation, execution, reporting, and optimization of paid digital campaigns in Google (Search, Display, YouTube, Retargeting) and Social (including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn) and a variety of digital ad platforms Track, measure, and report on campaigns, monitoring the effectiveness of optimizations and sharing results, insights, and best practices Help develop and maintain client-facing reporting dashboards with Google Looker, make recommendations for scaling campaigns and pivoting strategies, update reporting templates and assist in analyzing results for internal teams and clients What We Need In You 1-2 years of work experience within digital marketing is required. Proficiency with Google digital marketing suite tools is a must (including but not limited to: Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Looker, GMB, Search Console). Familiarity with Google Tag Manager implementation and Google Analytics event tracking set-up is a plus. Proficiency with Ad Platforms (including but not limited to): Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Re-targeting), Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest. Familiarity with programmatic display platforms is a plus Proficiency with SEO tools SEMRush is a must. Ahrefs and Screaming Frog proficiency is a plus. Proficiency with data Tableau and other data visualization tools is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills/ Effective at translating technical ideas to non-technical professionals and vice versa Solid quantitative and research skills and proven data interpretation capabilities Familiarity with A/B testing setup in Google and Social marketing platforms followed by campaign optimization with creative team collaboration What You'll Love About Us: R&R.
