Based in Charlotte, NC, Relentless Brands is a newly curated portfolio of brands and companies in multiple sectors that exist to support brands from infancy to scale. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to lead the organization's digital marketing efforts across our companies. Working closely with our portfolio brand champions, this is a dynamic role, critical to our brand's overall growth with a focus on planning, execution, and maximizing our marketing efforts.Overall, the ideal candidate for Digital Marketing Analyst will have proven experience optimizing and executing marketing efforts through digital channels and hands-on experience managing websites, SEO, landing page creation and optimization, performance monitoring, and journey optimization. A firm understanding of multichannel campaign planning, management, and performance analysis to create cohesive consumer experiences that convert.Responsibilities:Manage efforts to successfully implement and manage the digital marketing plan to increase audience acquisition and conversion across all digital platforms and channels.Lead the ideation and formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok)Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords and Meta to increase brand awarenessBe actively involved in SEO efforts (Keywords, image optimization)Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.Measure and report content performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.) and make recommendations on how to improveAcquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-dateUnderstanding digital KPIs, and being able to turn insights into actionable optimization and growth plans Experience with data, website optimization, content tools/methodologies such as SiteZeus, and Google Analytics, and content creation tools such as Canva. Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.Help develop and manage a wide variety of content to support go-to-market programs across multiple channels.Ideate and create new derivative content like email, videos, social media posts, podcast scripts, and infographics.Experience and Systems Proficiency:Proven experience as Digital Marketing Analyst or similar roleExcellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practicesAble to clearly articulate direction and maintain brand standardsExperience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Meta, AXEL (CRM Tool), and building brands through social media (community growth/management, influencer marketing, content strategy, etc.)Proven experience in creative content writingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBS/BA in marketing or relevant field
