Immediately hiring for a Digital Marketing Analyst

Position type: Full-time/Direct Hire

Location: Birmingham, AL - Hybrid (M/W on-site, T/TH/F remote)

The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for the successful implementation of client's digital strategy across all digital platforms, including but not limited to: web, mobile and social media.

The Digital Marketing Analyst answers key questions, such as how the client brand is communicated and experienced through digital interactions, and how digital interactions fit into broader customer experiences such as shopping, benefit research, brand engagement, etc.

This individual combines an in-depth knowledge of business objectives, online strategies, and the competitive landscape with a rich background in the digital marketing industry to deliver effective digital marketing recommendations.

This person also handles the day-to-day operations of digital projects, including research, scope development, creative briefing, project management and job execution. He or she is responsible for ensuring that department and division processes and procedures are followed.

Summary of Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Solid knowledge regarding digital marketing strategies and communication techniques and theories
• Proven experience with brand guidelines, sales distribution channels, strategic and operational planning, project implementation, performance monitoring and budgeting guidelines
• Experience with Content Management Systems required
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to comprehend and simplify complex ideas both in oral and written form
• Experience working effectively in leading cross-functional teams to achieve results and meet goals
• Strong organizational and work planning skills
• Proven written communication and editing skills
• Good knowledge and hands on experience with HTML/CSS preferred
• Experience in using User Experience (UX) / User Interface (UI) design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design preferred

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range : $95k to 100k per year

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

Benefits: As this is a Direct Hire role, benefits eligibility and participation will be determined by the client and the client's benefit plans.
