Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Analyst with expertise in Google Ads and Google Analytics to join our marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing digital marketing campaigns for our organization. You will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve our digital marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and budget allocation.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of Google Analytics, data to understand website traffic patterns, user behavior, and conversion rates.
- Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing team and executives.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and other strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new features in Google Ads and Google Analytics, and provide recommendations for implementation.
- Collaborate with external agencies or vendors to coordinate tracking implementation and troubleshoot any technical issues related to Google Ads and Google Analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, including familiarity with keyword research, ad creation, bidding strategies, and campaign tracking.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, including GA4, with the ability to extract meaningful insights and generate reports.
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable conclusions.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and landing page optimization techniques.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are a plus.

Compensation:
The salary range for this full-time position is $60,000 - $70,000, pending experience and qualifications. Additional bonus opportunities and incentives will be available.
