Job Summary

Itron is looking for an experienced digital marketing analyst to support our digital marketing and global marketing team. Your responsibilities will include tracking digital marketing trends, collecting and analyzing data, developing campaign strategies, optimizing and reporting digital campaign performance, and communicating with internal stakeholders.

To be successful as a digital marketing analyst, you should have strong technical skills and be able to present actionable insights to inform digital marketing strategies. A qualified digital marketing analyst should also have excellent analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and work well within a team.

The ideal candidate will work independently and apply industry practices and solutions to creatively resolve issues or deliver outcomes having a wide and diverse scope impacting the function and/or sales region. In addition, the analyst plans and delivers complicated activities to support the marketing, communications, public relations and/or business development team(s).

Job Responsibilities

* Work with stakeholders to develop measurement plans that are aligned to business objectives and optimizing the end-to-end customer journey by improving the customer experience
* Manages marketing automation platform, including list management, lead scoring and automation and execution of nurture and drip campaigns.
* Tests campaigns, analyzes key metrics, and identifies opportunities to increase campaign performance.
* Develops and presents findings from analysis, including actionable insights and recommendations.
* Develop digital campaign and web measurement strategies to provide a self-serve environment for key internal stakeholders.
* Create demand generation dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports.
* Monitor and analyze digital media and marketing trends.
* Accomplishes operational and/or functional objectives that enable the successful execution of department goals; tracks, monitors and reports on KPIs and action plans.
* Meets business ad hoc requests: identifies market trends, collects relevant information, provides detailed analysis and deliverables (promotional content, documentation, presentations, trainings).
* Liaises with diverse departments (IT, Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales) and provides training to increase lead generation and promote product/brand awareness.
* Leads projects within scope of responsibilities.
* Manages relationships and negotiations with external partners/suppliers.

Experience & Skills

* This position typically requires 5+ years of related experience
* Excellent Microsoft Excel skills with demonstrated ability to translate raw data into actionable insights
* Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM system
* Experience using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
* Experience using marketing automation platforms
* Experience using Power BI is preferred

Education: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.

Location: This is a hybrid position based out of Liberty Lake, WA with at least two days required on-site per week.

Physical Demands & Work Environment: This is a typical office job, with no special physical requirements or unusual work environment.

The successful candidates' starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills & experience. Liberty Lake, WA: The base salary is $65,500 - $108,000. This position also includes a competitive benefit package including; financial, social, health and wellbeing programs, paid vacation, 401k matching, employee stock purchase program, hybrid work schedule, and more!
