Job Summary: Under the direction of the IMT Administrator, the Digital Marketing Analyst for Upstate's Information Management & Technology (IMT) division will assist in the creation and management of IMT's marketing strategies and platforms in order to increase brand awareness and position Upstate as an IT Employer of Choice. The Digital Marketing Analyst will have oversight of digital tools to increase the effectiveness of IMT marketing campaigns, identifying and implementing strategies for the utilization of appropriate marketing channels, and measuring results. The incumbent will research, review, produce, and provide recommendations for the creation and improvement of digital content across IMT's online channels. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Information Science, or related field and minimum of 3 years relevant experience in digital marketing OR equivalent combination of education and experience required. Demonstrated use of digital marketing tools, and a proficiency in managing projects and monitoring results. Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of HTML, CSS and working within a Content Management System (CMS) preferred. Ability to create visual content using image and video authoring tools and experience implementing and reviewing Search Engine Optimization strategies desired. Experience using Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau, and other data tools to create and analyze reports on key metrics preferred. Experience identifying KPIs and implementing tactics to increase effectiveness is a plus.

Work Days:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
