Kohler Credit Union is looking to hire a full-time Digital Marketing Analyst to manage digital measurements across all online channels and evaluate digital marketing performance to develop impactful marketing and brand strategies. As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you assist in developing and implementing strategies to attract members and new members to our website, improve our online presence, and promote our products and services. You create, measure, and analyze online campaigns including SEO, pay-per-click, email marketing, social media marketing, and digital banking marketing to determine the return on investment and success of campaigns. You are essential to our continued growth and success as a credit union!

In addition to your creativity and out-of-the-box thinking, you have an analytical mind and are driven by metrics! You analyze the engagement and purchasing behavior per channel to determine targeted advertising opportunities. You perform innovative marketing experiments through A/B testing and creative iteration. You analyze and assess the performance of online ads and advertising campaigns and translate quantitative and qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising marketing strategies. You work to maximize results and minimize costs. You document your analysis work and report to internal personnel as needed and appropriate.   • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working with data analysis in a marketing capacity.
  • Experience working with mobile ad networks, Google ads (display, search and video), Facebook, Twitter and other social platforms.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, social media statistics, and other website/digital marketing monitoring tools.
  • Employees must comply with government and other regulations affecting the credit union industry.
