WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Mini Mall Storage is looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing performance across key Marketing channels and reporting on findings and actionable insights to drive increased performance. Channels include, but are not limited to, Organic & Paid Search traffic, Organic & Paid Social, Website, Promotions, and most importantly Leads. As a key leader in defining and continuously optimizing our customer journey mapping, the Senior Marketing Analyst will work closely with the VP of Marketing to ensure relevant Marketing communications and offers to drive leads.

  • Optimize Marketing performance on high-growth channels (Website, Social, Search, etc.).
  • Manage measurement processes, data sources/pixel and campaign tracking with focus on incrementality and local market testing.
  • Responsible for reporting metrics and tracking goals across campaign layers.
  • Identify opportunities and risks for Lead Flow and provide recommendations for improving Marketing efforts.
  • Participate in developing the digital strategy and vision for the team.
  • Incorporate data & insights to improve the front-end customer experience and drive Lead Flow.
  • Develop and maintain multiple customer journey maps based on team strategy and vision.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Marketing Analytics, or relevant related field.
  • Requirement: Highly skilled with SEO and Google Analytics.
  • Requirement: Experienced with social media analytics & optimizations.
  • Requirement: Experienced with creating and managing dashboards and visualizations.
  • Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical skills.
  • BA or BS Degree, Bachelors Degree in Marketing preferred.
  • Experience in marketing analysis such as market segmentation, predictive analytics, digital analytics, measurement, business intelligence, and/or market.
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar tools
  • Exceptional project and timeline management skills
