Digital Marketing Analyst:
- Requires a strong proficiency with Google Analytics 360
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Monitors online marketing trends
- Analyze statistics
- Develops strategies for digital marketing campaigns
- Track campaign performance
- Brings order to chaos: Is comfortable with ambiguity at the start of the project. Works across WEX to define the best path forward and then develops and communicates the project plan.

Some key responsibilities within this role are:
Our strategic partnerships demand a tremendous amount of analysis, data manipulation and insight solutioning. This role will focus on supporting some of our largest relationships, embedding themselves into their business strategy and supporting their goals with tailored solutions that can be scaled and replicated.
- Quantify and optimize the ROI of marketing investments across channels, recommending optimal spend ranges for owned and paid media
- Build and maintain mixed media models to support overall marketing efforts
- Implementation of media attribution practices for digital media, including understanding the data required to power them and methodologies for measurement
- Provide insights to marketing teams, helping to design and execute experiments to achieve company goals such as reach and customer lifetime value
- Manage reporting requests from start to finish, including data collection, analysis, recommendations, and presentations
- Lead research and analysis efforts to identify opportunities for website enhancements and new digital marketing initiatives based on marketing insights, competitive benchmarks, and customer behavior data
- Provide recommendations for future tactics, seeking to increase sales volume
What will you bring?
- Direct experience in marketing science practices like Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and experimentation
- Understanding of incrementality to validate model recommendations
- Proficiency in at least one SQL/Snowflake/SAS and experience working with data visualization tools
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations
- Education: Degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field
Technical skills:
- Must have advanced skills in at least one of the following: Snowflake, SQL, SAS
- Experience in visualizations software
- Advanced Skills in Google Analytics
The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan. Salary Pay Range: $73,500.00 - $98,000.00
