Noise New Media is looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst who loves live entertainment.
Since 2008, Noise New Media has successfully increased online ticket sales for North America's largest fairs, festivals & comedy clubs. As the leading digital marketing partner for live events, our client base has expanded dramatically in the last 3 years. Our core focus is using highly-targeted digital advertising and CRM-based marketing techniques to promote concert and general admission tickets to potential purchasers. As our client list grows and platform reporting becomes more complex, we are in search of a strategic individual to spearhead the ad account implementation, optimization & reporting lifecycle.
Work Remote. Home offices located in Nashville, TN and Houston, TX
Starting at $65K + Medical Benefits
Responsibilities and Tasks:
Installation, debugging & ongoing QA of tracking pixels across multiple client accounts & platforms.
Maintain Ad Spend Budgeting Spreadsheets for multiple clients & projects.
Create digital ad dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign-end performance reports.
Utilize Google Analytics e-commerce tracking to draw conclusions on campaign performance and results (GA4 experience required)
Measure and optimize the performance of search, CPC, and social content engagement campaigns.
Suggest campaign optimizations and identify opportunities to increase campaign performance.
Presenting findings and research that include actionable insights and recommendations.
Maintain awareness of current digital advertising & platform trends.
Communicate and present results to colleagues, senior managers, and clients.
Management of account onboarding tasks including ad account creation, pixel installation and payment source setup
Manage virtual credit cards including reconciling ad charges
Serve as point of contact for all client statistical & billing-related inquiries
Oversee link tagging strategy
Maintain working relationships with technical and marketing teams at various online ticket providers
2+ years of advanced experience with installing, optimizing, and reporting with Google Analytics
2+ years of experience with installing, debugging & troubleshooting pixels (Facebook Pixel & CAPI, Google Ads, etc.)
Advanced Technical understanding of web analytics, ad serving, and data management platforms such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Paragone and other business intelligence and data visualization software
Strong foundational knowledge of marketing principles including customers segmentation, customer acquisition, marketing funnel and A/B testing.
Advanced knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms including email, SMS, social media & search
Robust presentation and successful storytelling skills
Data-driven and passionate about the presentation of results
Basic familiarity with accounting practices
Great to Have
Experience with marketing or live entertainment events including venues and concert promotion
Experience with ticketing systems and understanding ticketing reports
