Responsibilities:
Analyze customer data; provide insights and recommendations on marketing initiatives
Create cross-media reports, including data trends, insights and recommendations for media and UX optimizations
Monitor and analyze effectiveness of media through funnel performance, site changes and website optimizations
Analyze and optimize ROI on cross-platform, cross-device and cross-channel digital marketing campaigns (digital, interactive, social, etc.) to help drive strategy on client marketing initiatives
Assist in communicating analysis, test results and resulting recommendations to clients through presentations and client calls
Measure KPI metrics and marketing channel effectiveness for improvement on a regular basis
Use audience segmentation tools to better understand, quantify and optimize customer targeting
Clearly articulate campaign insights and recommendations to team members and clients with varying levels of digital expertise
Help develop and set business requirements for enhanced digital reporting dashboards
Integrate strategies between active marketing channels such as SEM, Display Advertising, Interactive, Content, Media and Social Media
Develop visualizations into campaign performance relative to KPIs, projections and historical campaign performance
Collaborate with interactive developers to implement data collection tags and analytics tools
Collaborates with team members on campaigns in order to exceed measurable client goal
Keep Account Managers up to date on client digital happenings
Drive continued innovation, regularly sharing knowledge with colleagues
Integrates with other departments including Social Media, Traditional Media, Interactive, Creative, Communications, Project Management and Account Management to create a holistic 5-star experience for clients
Understand and follow all agency procedures, while taking a leadership role in seeking ways to improve upon them.
Be on-time for all meetings and workday start and end times
Ensure that accurate time sheets are kept and submitted in a timely basis
Remain knowledgeable about the operations of the agency as a whole
Researches and stays up to date on digital media trends, platforms and vendors while assuming responsibility for increasing knowledge base
Responsible for increasing proficiency with research tools, function & application
Attend appropriate professional meetings & seminars
Participate with new business
Work on other agency initiatives or new business on an as-needed basis
Requirements:
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and clients regarding analysis
Clear understanding of both B2C/B2B digital marketing campaigns
Ability to work effectively with 3rd party marketing vendors, contractors and colleagues
Willingness to learn new things and the ability to own job responsibilities completely
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and learn quickly
Organized; self-starter; takes initiative; and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to analyze data, develop insights and provide actionable recommendations
Ability to analyze campaign KPIs and distinguish data correlation from causality
Firm grasp of Interactive U/X in regard to digital media performance
Background in multiple industry verticals
Experience with tag management is required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with concentration in marketing, advertising or communications
3 years of experience executing paid search programs on Google AdWords and Microsoft Bing search platforms
Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint skills essential
Expert level experience working with Excel functions such as formulas, macros, etc.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Bing, DCM, Facebook, Google Tag Manager
Experience working with SEO software, such as Moz, is a plus
Other platforms: Instagram, knowledge of ESPs, Hubspot, Webtrends, Yahoo, Amazon, various DSPs
