Digital Marketing Commonwealth Power is Richmond, Virginia, based solar company seeking a Digital Marketing and Design intern to join our team for the summer in our new Manchester neighborhood based office. The ideal candidate has experience in social media campaigns as well as print media design and will work directly with the President, Director of Development, and Director of Operations in the daily operations of a growing business in an industry experiencing unprecedented growth Job duties include: -Helping manage and develop content for the companys social media platforms including copy writing, photography, and videography. -Defining and setting appropriate tags for search engine optimization. -Assistance with data entry, photography, videography, and finding engaging content for marketing campaigns. -Development of templates and designs for print marketing campaigns including future holiday mailers and magazine advertisements. -Help with proposal writing and RFP response preparation and template development. Requirements: -Authorized to work in the US -Must have own transportation and laptop -Preferred to have own Adobe Creative Cloud license (educational version OK) -Experience with InDesign, Google Docs, and Microsoft Word -Compensation: $11/hour -Hours: 30-40 hours per week, 9am-4pm M-F (but we are flexible)
