Adecco's Specialty Creative and Marketing team is searching for a Digital Marketing professional who is familar with or touched on Affiliate Marketing. This person will be the affiliate lead communicating with all the vendors. You'll be negotiating short term marketing deals and offer terms while also reporting and analyzing the data from these promotions. 
Affiliate Marketing Manager
The Affiliate Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the affiliate program within the fashion brand. You will work closely with external partners and communicate with internal teams to drive promotions and marketing programs in order to generate sales and traffic. You will maintain and optimize existing relationships with publishers, identify new publishers and proactively explore ways to expand our relationship with existing publishers. You will own the day to day execution of affiliate marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate must be highly collaborative and a self-starter who is able to work in a fast paced environment. Strong communication skills are essential in this role, as the Affiliate Manager will be integral in communicating information across a diverse set of internal and external partners. 
Position Summary & Responsibilities:

  • Owning the Affiliate programs from the execution to the performance analysis as well as providing insights and strategic recommendations for the program.
  • Create a recruitment and retention plan in order to ensure the growth of key publishers within the Affiliate program. Identify new affiliates that fit within the brand guidelines and recruit them into the program.
  • Build strong relationships with key publishers and identify opportunities through the development of strategies and tactics that deliver significant sales results while continuing to enhance and elevate the brand presence and image
  • Report on all affiliate sales and affiliate marketing program activities. Provide in-depth analyses on the incremental traffic and sales from new affiliate initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally and build relationships within the organization and advise other key areas of the organization on the benefits of leveraging the affiliate network as part of the overall marketing mix.
  • Build out tracking codes for all affiliate programs and analyze on tracking code level
  • Monitor competitive and affiliate industry activity in order to identify new trends, best practices and to ensure the affiliate program is competitive.
  • Confidently negotiate deals and campaigns with publishers to ensure that goals are met within an allocated budget
  • Keep teams and internal partners informed of breaking industry news, best practices and new digital trends. Be a digital marketing evangelist for the brand.

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years' experience in digital marketing, specifically affiliate and/or related paid marketing channels
  • Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience working cross functionally and interacting with partners at all levels
  • Excellent communication, teamwork and relationship building skills
  • Ability to evaluate and change priorities daily and to perform efficiently within a fast paced team environment
