DESCRIPTION: Whiteman Chevrolet has a unique job opportunity for the right individual with primary focus of giving our customer the best experience at our dealership and in our virtual showroom (website) and social media outlets.    Managing day-to-day dealership digital activities including website updates as well as working with the dealership’s digital partner on developing and implementing social media strategies, digital and social advertising, focusing on building brand awareness, generating inbound website traffic through Search Engine Marketing, and encouraging user engagement. S/he will work closely with the dealership’s digital marketing partner to help build, develop, and deliver the dealership’s brand


This individual will also work with sales staff and sales managers on a daily basis on a variety of processes and tasks aimed at enhancing customer experience in our virtual showroom and onsite.    Responsibilities also include:

  • Continue to maintain our company value, quality, and integrity
  • Responsible for service and management of dealership online that includes digital/social and content elements
  • Collaborate across teams and with digital marketing partner to drive and meet project deadlines
  • Manage and update website brand and retail content
  • Perform keyword research via leading industry tools to integrate Search Engine Optimization into all copy written for the web
  • Assist Web Development partner in information architecture development, understanding the dealership’s needs, and organizing content in a logical and simple navigation system
  • Work with dealership SEM partner to manage online advertising campaigns, including Text, Image, and/or Video advertising within Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
  • Track and analyze website and referral traffic and review Analytics
  • Manage all Social Media outlets
  • Develop social media strategies for dealership that allow for measurable results
  • Monitor, engage with, and measure conversations through social media reviews/listening
  • Manage paid social media campaigns and day-to-day organic activities, including researching, writing, and posting content for all channels (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) via social media management software
  • Organize community events
  • Advertising coordinator, i.e. meeting with outside media and create ads
  • Handle customer complaints and collaborate with departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate action
  • Assist sales managers on variety of duties including maintaining company client CRM
  • Greet sales customers arriving in showroom for appointments

  • Professional demeanor with ability to interact with customers and associates on all levels in person or various media sources (email, text, Facebook, chat, etc.)
  • Marketing degree a plus
