Our Madison based agency client is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist and a Digital Marketing Director to join their team full-time.

This is an exciting opportunity to be a core member of a collaborative and growing team driving client digital marketing success by executing, analyzing and optimizing organic and paid search initiatives.

This position will require 3 days a week in office for the specialist, and 5 days per week onsite for the director in Madison, WI.

SPECIALIST

Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:

• 50% Develop, execute and measure organic and paid search which will include SEO, keyword research, search engine results page etc.
• 35% Measure and track campaign traffic, making necessary recommendations based on performance
• 15% Develop, execute and measure email marketing and marketing automation for external clients

Digital Marketing Specialist Requirements:

• Experience executing organic and paid search campaigns
• Experience using Google Analytics or similar
• Experience with marketing automation platforms, email service platforms, content management systems and project management platforms

DIRECTOR

Digital Marketing Director Responsibilities:

• 50% Work with internal and external teams to develop strategic digital marketing plans based on business goals
• 30% lead the overall data storytelling efforts which will include creating and managing dashboards to track metrics and analyze overall performance
• 20% team leadership

Digital Marketing Director Requirements:

• Experience leading multi-channel digital marketing strategies using inbound and outbound programs
• Demonstrated ability to build a team and develop talent
• Experience in data storytelling, digital marketing measurement and data visualization
