ENDORPHINZ is seeking a digital marketing professional who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate in a group setting. The right candidate should be a self-starter who is well versed in all online marketing work, creative and organized with an ability to execute and achieve goals. This role will require strong digital skills across all digital platforms, utilizing HubSpot, search, social media and other tools to drive communication, messaging and design. We operate with a “player/coach” type approach to things and people with strong skills in entrepreneurial environments and those who can perform will be provided with more opportunity.  

The goal is to build out digital channels for marketing and acquisition with all of our products and services, lead marketing efforts online to drive awareness, drive lead generation, be clear in our communication, and engage prospects and customers to produce revenues. Experience in digital marketing with sales integration is preferred, as well as being able to write effective copy, be creative visually, and run multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage all company marketing platforms, set up and utilize to max efficiency.
• Strong skills using Hubspot, online proposal software and other tools
• Building out email campaigns and sales funnels from start to finish
• Translate marketing objectives and ideas into clear creative and content strategy to support multiple customer segments, channels and products. 
• Work across all social media platforms with postings and engagement
• Assisting sales with lead generation, creating proposals and other tools
• Assist in the creative (design and copy work) for marketing collateral
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels

Requirement and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience running all digital marketing efforts for a growth company or in an agency type setting with a client focus
• 3 -5 years of experience using Hubspot and other marketing tools
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and other design tools
• Experience growing revenues with digital channels and email funnels
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience with SEO and SEM Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
• Design experience and light video editing is a plus
• Experience in video production is a strong benefit
