Eurofins is searching for a Database & Digital Marketing Assistant for our Plymouth, MN location.

Database & Digital Marketing Assistant responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Design, develop and deploy digital marketing campaigns that drive action.

  • Works with manager to plan, design and execute digital and social marketing programs to drive growth in database membership among consumer targets of interest.
  • Possess a keen sense for digital marketing creative design best practices - desire to continually learn how imagery, text, subject lines and dynamic content impact results (via A/B testing) while also staying true to our brand values and personality.
  • Be skilled at designing and loading content into digital marketing tools, working with vendor and agencies for support as necessary.
  • Help integrate our CRM/Web/App and marketing automation tools to ensure we are making the most of technical efficiencies and available consumer data.
  • Assist in driving our consumer acquisition strategy, helping identify new ways to continually bring consumers into the database and guide them to engage in a testing opportunity with Tasteocracy.

Implement grass roots marketing campaigns that enroll organizations and their membership via fundraising.

  • Serve as a credible and engaging representative for Tasteocracy in meetings with volunteer leaders within Non-Profit organizations to solicit enrollment in our program as a mechanism for fundraising.
  • Generate prospect lists, complete phone calls, arrange and conduct meetings to drive enrollment.
  • Develop marketing content to support the program.

Conduct analysis and database scoring/segment so to help us learn and continual strengthen results.

  • Accurately captures attribution metrics, including lead source and campaign source, program success including conversion rates, and email marketing metrics
  • Score consumers based on engagement, activities and behaviors with our brands; work to refine and continually evolve the system created for scoring over time
  • Develop and maintain measurements of current database that inform feasibility and executional approach of potential marketing projects.
  • Identify and prioritize specific gaps in database composition that, if filled, will better support company goals and clients' project requirements.
  • Identify and implement programs for re-engage lapsed respondents or cleaning database for maximum health.

Support launch of new App and help us stay on the forefront of database marketing and consumer engagement approaches.

  • Assist in the final testing and launch of the new Tasteocracy App. Implement a communication strategy to drive consumer enrollment.
  • Test and learn new ways of engaging customers, keeping us on the leading edge of engagement strategies

The ideal candidate would possess:

  • Requires strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Effective verbal, written and presentation skills. Demonstrated editorial sensibility.
  • Prefer experience with building digital marketing plans (awareness, triggers, engagement, etc.).
  • Sales Force experience preferred. Proficiency in running and interpreting custom analysis and reports with CRM.
  • Hands-on experience with launching digital campaigns and tracking results via Social Media apps and/or Google Analytics
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Bonus: ability to write/modify basic HTML and CSS within responsive design

Basic Minimum Qualifications include:

  • Required: Undergraduate college degree in marketing, communication, business, IS or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in in a digital marketing, pay-per-click advertising, and/or e-commerce role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop, graphic designs, and HTML

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m ., with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Plymouth, MN are encouraged to apply.
