The Sr. Analyst, Digital Marketing is responsible for supporting the .com marketing and site initiatives to drive DTC business growth. You will be a key member on the Digital Marketing team and will focus on email and performance marketing, while also providing website and merchandising operational support to the Ecommerce team. The ideal candidate has at least three+ years of experience with email marketing and campaign implementation at an ecommerce company.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute email marketing initiatives that increase revenue, drive subscriptions, reduce churn, win back lapsed customers, and increase customer engagement.
Build and execute email campaigns, including brainstorming ideas, writing creative briefs, building and coding emails, setting up distribution lists, QA, coding and deploying emails.
Strategize and execute email list segmentation and personalization strategy, including behavior-based automated emails.
Analyze and report on email performance to understand key customer segments, uncovering opportunities within the data and working with the team to develop action plans to impact KPIs.
Lead ideation and execution of organic email list growth initiatives, continuously monitoring list health and optimizing programs accordingly.
Partner with Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, to develop and execute the strategy and optimization of various paid marketing initiatives to drive growth with a focus on paid social and affiliate marketing.
Lead communication with paid social and affiliate agency partners to create best in class strategies.
Drive end-to-end campaign orchestration, including strategy development, creative briefing, media execution, and ongoing reporting, ensuring clear communication throughout each step of the process.
Propose full-funnel marketing tactics and optimizations leveraging attribution data.
Maintain the monthly marketing budget and propose reflows based on performance data and goals.
Continually test new channels, audiences, tactics, bidding strategies, targeting options, imagery, and copy across all paid acquisition channels.
Lead development of the .com marketing calendar, ensuring consistency with content strategy & KPI goals.
Leverage data and learnings to build comprehensive cross-channel campaigns for affiliate, paid social, and email marketing.
Manage the creative briefing process for ecomm marketing assets in close partnership with Digital and Brand Equity team.
Partner with cross functional teams in ecommerce, digital marketing and brand equity to identify areas of synergy and ensure brand alignment.
Contribute to the creation of KPI goals for each digital marketing channel, track results to goal and share results with internal team members and external agency partners.
Support the ecommerce team to update, maintain, and analyze annual sales projections, detailing pertinent changes and communicating to internal departments and platforms to ensure sales forecast data integrity.
Stay up to date on ecommerce and marketing industry trends and technology.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3+ years' email marketing experience, preferably with an ecommerce retailer
Experience with using ESPs
An understanding of direct response marketing and eCommerce analytics
Experience with Google Analytics
Strong understanding of Excel
