Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is the front line of consumer and audience engagement for NBTY Sports Nutrition, including Met-Rx & Body Fortress brands. The Digital Marketing Manager leads and defines the digital marketing mix, with an emphasis on Social Media, Web, Email and Content Marketing. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with cross functional teams, including Brand, Analytics, Public Relations, Branding & Content, eCommerce, and others to plan and execute high impact marketing strategies designed to drive results. This is a hands-on roll that requires excellent collaborative, organizational, and creative skills and ability to strategize and execute across multiple digital disciplines.

• Own and execute the digital brand strategy: Through social media, web, and email, lead the brand’s presence and evolution in digital, implementing best practices and utilizing data and insights for continued evolution.
• Embody the NBTY brand audience and leverage followers and industry for insights, content, ideas and innovation.
• Create and foster brand advocates across all digital and social platforms (current and emerging)
• Understand digital platforms and upcoming trends with ability to foster into tangible action for brands 
• Leverage brand and consumer insights across to engage and foster stronger consumer engagement across digital platforms 
• Work closely with media agency to develop and execute digital paid media strategies and campaigns.
• Lead project based marketing initiatives such as sweepstakes, influencer and engagement campaigns.
• Manage day-to-day communications with internal teams and agency partners. 
• Engage across cross-functional partners Brand, PR, Legal & Regulatory, Branding & Content, IT, etc. 
• Work closely with broader Digital Marketing Team to help instate industry best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
