Compensation: $175,000.00 to $190,000.00 per year

Responsibilities: ? Build a world-class digital marketing organization ? Assess current state, pain points, identify marketing technologies that support business goals as well as our luxury brand and culture ? Work with the larger marketing team to support the execution of omni-channel, personalized programs targeted to specific consumer segments ? Lead innovation and advancement of the overall digital marketing agenda ? Manage client and prospect research and insights ? Work with data teams to effectively communicate and identify ways to integrate data into marketing practices ? Improve efficiencies ? Map client journeys and automation ? Lead and grow team ? Lead team to develop and execute on a comprehensive digital strategy and vision for the client digital experience ? Ownership of marketing technology platforms that support marketing automation, content management and collaborate with Digital ? Technologies for platform integrations ? Provide guidance on new digital technologies, collaborating with key partners and tools to bring innovation to digital activities. ? Oversee team to create standards of excellence to deploy the use and effectiveness of Marketo/Adobe Campaign. ? Develop global standards for data quality and ongoing measurement to ensure databases are able to be leveraged by marketing. ?
