Description
MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative field. Leverage a test-and-learn methodology to develop the right outreach approach to defend against new entrants and retain our most valuable customers. Identify, develop and track key metrics that will support targeting of new customers, members and premiers. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Digital, Airports, Ancillary, Premier, etc.)....
