Our Digital Marketing Specialist reports to the Director of Marketing Communications and will be accountable for the execution of our digital marketing strategy and initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and leads that deliver sales and customer retention.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversees basic website maintenance for the Composites One website and other related websites and mircrosites, and all other digital platforms.

-Develops new and focused content for website working closely with members of the Marketing team.

-Oversees Rich Product Content acquisition and creation for B2B and ecommerce platforms.

-Coordinates Search Engine Optimization and Pay Per Click efforts for Composites One website.

-Analyzes consumer research to discover new opportunities of reaching customers via the Internet.

-Develops and implements social media strategy, coordinates Digital Content Development.

-Works with Marketing team to conduct research and provide data for various marketing initiatives.

-Develops and maintains company-wide social media standard operations procedure (SOP).

-Create monthly digital content schedule in collaboration with Marketing team.

-Collaborates on development of digital tool for video content library.

-Collaborates on various internal and external communication tools and support digital advertising efforts.

-Performs various duties and special projects as needed.

Position Requirements:
 

-Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is required, or a combination of related experience and education that is deemed to commensurate with the degree requirement.
 

-A minimum of 4-6 years previous experience in a Digital Marketing role, or similar experience with focus on digital and content required.

-Knowledge of today’s communication tools and recent trends as it relates to the B2B environment strongly preferred.
 

-Strong, effective written and verbal communication skills required.
 

-The ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a changing work environment required.
