Digital Marketing Specialist

We are searching for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist. 
South Bend, Indiana 46601

Essential Function

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing digital and online marketing strategies to optimize the online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness, improve member satisfaction and drive lead generation to support marketing goals. Responsible for conducting marketing and industry research; managing the membership experience with our eService offerings (online banking platform, mobile apps, etc.); website management, including SEO; email marketing and digital and social media advertising. The position requires a high degree of collaboration with various internal and external partners.

Primary Responsibilities & Duties

  1. Proactively research competitor and industry trends
  2. Implement new digital and online marketing strategies, including engagement plans and structures for reporting campaign effectiveness
  3. Resourcefully manage the membership experience through ensuring satisfactory engagement with our website, online banking platform, mobile apps etc.
  4. Manage the tcunet.com website and execute strategies to increase SEO, ensure accessibility, and improve our online presence and member experience
  5. Manage email marketing program, maximizing engagement and tracking results
  6. Collaborate with the Marketing Team to integrate digital and online initiatives into all campaigns and marketing efforts
  7. Work in partnership with teams to consistently evaluate procedures and ensure compliance with regulations in the financial and credit union industry
  8. Assume additional responsibilities as necessary for the continued growth and advancement of the Marketing team and the Credit Union

  • Communication skills, both written and oral

  • Sound project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to interface and collaborate with various internal and external partners

  • Established risk management skills as well as proven decision making and problem-solving skills

  • Business and thought leadership skills necessary for effective relationship management and communication with internal teams and external partners

  • Solid business acumen with prior marketing experience

  • Experience in web design and content management, HTML, SEO, and Google Analytics

  • Proficient in Social Media

  • Represent and uphold the TCU brand online through quality, effective and accurate work

  • Depended upon to generate unique strategies to increase engagement online and with our eServices

  • Relied upon and trusted to our expand brand awareness online and across all mediums

  • Accountable for performance and personal development as well as building relationships within immediate and external teams

  • Accountable for understanding and applying government laws and regulations and TCU policies and procedures relating to the Anti-Money Laundering Regulations including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), US PATRIOT ACT and OFAC.

Minimum Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field

  • At least 2 years Digital, interactive, online marketing experience required

Annual Salary

49,215.00 - 61,520.00
