TCG is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist-experience specifically with social media and ad buying! This is a 6 month+, onsite opportunity! Must Haves: 1. Strong creative writer with social media experience 2. Experience in developing digital marketing strategy 3. Social media ad buying experience Job Description: Highly motivated, innovative and creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers in social media and other digital channels. That passion comes through as they engage with customers on a daily basis, with the ultimate goal of turning fans into customers. They are looking a person with creative writing skills who will bring a fresh and fun perspective to social media. The expectations of this position extends beyond simply posting content every day. Each post must drive engagement with the brand and grow their audience. This person thrives as key member of the team and will focus on looking for new and unique ways to insert their brands, products and news in a digital environment. Key responsibilities include: • Look at digital marketing program as a whole and contribute ideas that will make a positive impact. • Collaborate with marketing team to develop a monthly content calendar to support upcoming programs new product intros. Identify, with the help of the AEs what is buzzworthy, unique and timely. • Identify unique ways to promote retail items in a natural way on each social media platform, in partnership with buyers manufacturers. • Write fun, engaging captions social copy. We want to communicate the company's brand in a positive, authentic way what will connect and attract today's modern, hyper-connected buyers. • Bring new ideas on how to utilize the social platforms to meet goals. • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images or video). • Manage ad buying in social channels with a small monthly budget to increase engagement, awareness, and clicks. • Daily community management/customer service responses. Active social listening amongst channels to identify unreported customer experiences. • Stay in the know with changes to platforms to enable quick adjustments to our approach. • Evaluate and report on key findings for social, and assist with other digital reporting as needed. • Understand the entire digital user experience to reinforce consistency in social content. • Provide support to HR Cooking School teams for ongoing social media programs. • Provide support, as needed with weekly proofing reporting for digital coupon program. Skills/Requirements: • 3 to 5 years of full time experience in a digital marketing or social media marketing field, preferably with a consumer targeted brand. • Relationship driven with strong communication skills, suitable for a corporate environment. • Strong organizational project management skills. • Good proofreading skills. • Ability to identify, communicate persuade growth opportunities. • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
