The Digital Campaign Manager will be responsible for building consumer checking acquisition campaign strategies and executing against the strategy to ensure program goals are met. This role requires a high degree of analytic and quantitative orientation, as well as a strong ability to collaborate and partner across a complex organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in Paid, Owned, and Earned marketing and be able to demonstrate delivering the right content at the right time to consumers. He or she will have deep understanding of SEO as well as performance-based marketing through paid search and affiliate marketing, the programmatic buying landscape, and key digital technologies.

This role will collaborate with business and marketing leaders, agency partners, IT, and analytics to provide digital acquisition marketing expertise and ensure that campaigns are executed flawlessly. This job requires daily contact with internal clients and external vendors to manage multiple digital acquisition programs, track campaign delivery, troubleshoot issues, optimize campaigns based on performance and analytics, and provide reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop multi-channel digital marketing programs that profitably acquire new consumer checking customers for the bank
  • Manage SEO and Local Listings program for all lines of business
    • Provide content and technical recommendations and work with internal and external partners to implement
  • Deliver optimal acquisition landing pages to increase conversions
    • Understand what the site is capable of
    • Liaison to UX and Creative teams to ensure digital landing pages are fully optimized for conversion and aligned with consumer behavior
  • Create and maintain metrics to report and manage product health and marketing KPIs as well as providing routine communication and updates to senior leadership.
    • Help define regular reporting, identify trends and share across the business to foster true understanding
    • Build test plans to solve for the opportunities found in the regular reporting trends and/or testing experiences that drive the most revenue
    • Enable informed acquisition and cross-sell opportunities across the site
  • Researches upcoming consumer digital trends and builds them into marketing campaigns
    • Testing new, revenue driving technologies such as pop outs, persistent coupon, smartphone tagging, etc.

  • Pragmatically build and shift marketing plans based on a large amount of data.
  • Ability to take complex, strategic ideas and put them into tactical plans.
  • Ensure proper execution and delivery of all digital advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign metrics; provide thought leadership and recommendations in order to maximize program KPIs.
  • Deliver regular reporting that enables clear understanding of story.
  • Deliver optimal landing pages to increase conversions through use of testing, research, etc.
  • Understand marketing automation solutions from a technical standpoint and be able to create and implement tactics.
  • Implement an aggressive testing program and conduct regular A/B testing in all digital channels.
  • Construct measurable tests to learn and organize data effectively to read results.
  • Understand content marketing functions and be able to take content assets and successfully apply them to the web and online presence.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A minimum of 7 years of Online Marketing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with performance based digital marketing programs
  • Highly quantitative, analytical and numbers focused
  • Experience driving business results through digital programs
  • Experience delivering actionable reporting and insights
  • Must have excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor.
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to convey and sell your ideas to senior leadership.
  • Ability to develop working relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
  • Good project management and execution skills.
  • Ability to work individually and also motivate a team.
  • Self-motivated, confident, energetic and creative.
