The Digital Marketing Manager will develop, manage and optimize company's digital customer experience, including but not limited to lead generation, digital brand, paid search, search engine optimization (SEO) and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Manage global instance of Hubspot at the admin level
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs to marketing and sales leadership based on agreed upon KPI’s.
  • Daily management and upkeep of Hubspot at the operations level, including list process and workflow management
  • Oversee strategies that range from Inbound Marketing, Lead Generation, Social Media Marketing and Paid Search Advertising.
  • Manage list segmentation and scoring to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and ultimately increase the conversion rate of prospects.
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs to marketing and sales leadership based on agreed upon KPI’s.
  • Coordinates liaison between sales department and Marketing
  • Ad-Hoc Support for local and national tradeshows
  • Write content for marketing materials, newsletters, press releases, website, social media, as needed.

Qualifications

  • Excellent project management skills, ability to multitask effectively, and work cross-functionally
  • Hubspot Certifications Preferred
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices, Google AdWords, Facebook (FBX), 
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role,
  • Preferred B2B Marketing Experience
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and running detailed report
  • Experience managing and accomplishing projects with a hands-on approach
  • Strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to getting things done, and an overall curiosity and a desire to learn
