The Creative Group is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to become an integral part of the marketing team in a healthcare environment. This person would be responsible for the strategy and day to day management of all digital assets, and implementing digital marketing strategies to grow volume and strengthen the company's brand. Responsibilities ? Supports and leads digital initiatives to drive patient acquisition and improve digital patient experience and consumer engagement. ? In collaboration with the marketing team, creates and executes multichannel digital campaigns including email and lead nurturing campaigns, paid social media and paid search (SEM) and display. ? Utilizes CRM technology (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools for efficient and effective campaign targeting and performance. ? Measures and reports performance of digital marketing campaigns. ? Utilizes graphic design software (In-Design, Photoshop) to create digital graphics. ? Coordinates and manages technical development with system office, TIS and external digital vendors. ? Proactively researches digital marketing strategies, emerging technologies and digital analytics. Based on findings, makes recommendations for enhancements to digital strategies. ? Works with digital marketing specialist to build marketing CTAs (landing pages, forms, etc.) ? Consults on paid and organic social media campaign strategy. ? Develops and maintains productive working relationships with vendors, marketing, creative services, communications, service line, operations and project sponsors. ? Reviews business and marketing plans for continuity of goals, strategies and tactics. ? Attends community and marketing events as needed (including evenings and weekends) and represents the company in a detail oriented manner.
