Job Description:

NMS Labs is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to work in our Willow Grove, PA headquarters location.  The hours for this position are 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday.  The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping our digital consumer experience, across devices for current and future lines of business.  The position is responsible for developing marketing strategies and programs to achieve business objectives.  Responsible for overseeing digital marketing with a focus on customer services and acquisition along with media placement and optimization.  Other responsibilities include:

• Marketing automation for inbound web and email marketing
• Creating promotional content for digital campaigns and monitor digital media landscape for opportunities
• Utilizing database management tools to generate prospect lists, provide segmentation, and track conversations
• Maintaining Social Media Marketing
• Source and help manage relationships with publications, bloggers, and influencers
• E-book writing, whitepaper editing, and blog writing.
• Assist with developing and executing strategic PR campaigns and initiatives

The Digital Marketing Manager will compile, evaluate and pitch research data and customer trend stories pertaining to forensic toxicology and clinical diagnostic testing.  It is also essential to provide support to fellow marketing team member on media interviews, pitches, writing, and customer press planning.  Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrative is required preferably with a concentration in Marketing
• At least 2 years’ of demonstrated digital marketing experience with a track record of leading successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Working experience with marketing automation tools, WordPress CMS, and Google Analytics
• Proven content management, social media, paid media, and SEO track record
• Experience in PR is preferred
• Experience of laboratory testing in a clinical and/or forensic environment is preferred

Physical Demands:

• Ability to talk, hear, stand, reach with hands and arms, and use hands and fingers to manipulate instrument/equipment controls, computer keyboard, office equipment, objects, or tools.
• Moving from one work location to another to sit and stand, sometimes for extended periods of time.
• Vision (with correction) including color, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Travel approximately 10% domestic.
