Compensation: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the company's eCommerce, digital and marketing communications efforts, including the development of digital assets (i.e. graphics, videos, interactive, etc.), social media initiatives and eCommerce strategy. The position requires executing digital marketing plans while maintaining and supplying company and partners' websites. The Digital Marketing Specialist will generate accurate and engaging online content and features while collaborating with Marketing and Product Directors to drive sales and ensure end-user satisfaction. Responsibilities are both tactical (working within a CMS to make content updates) and creative (working within desktop publishing and image editing software to generate web graphics). Interested candidates please note this is a full-time contract position with the possibility of conversion. Primary Responsibilities Duties: • Create digital assets for digital activity and maintain content library for assets across multiple execution points (web, social and email) • Coordinate and execute digital marketing activities, including landing page development, social media and email marketing • Work with marketing team to develop content to support brand initiatives • Work with Creative Services to develop image prep/production and file management for digital use • Ensure web content meets business objectives for brand, style, and standards guidelines • Collaborate with Marketing and eComm teams to consolidate the platform(s) which various company sites run • Maintain content on company web properties • Implement SEO opportunities on company web properties • Provide support for management of website content systems as well as content and digital asset support during web site design/redesign projects • Help drive eComm activity for multiple channels through digital assets, email marketing campaigns and online promotions including developing new and innovative ideas • Develop and execute social media calendar across multiple platforms and brands • Analyze and communicate digital metrics (web, social and email) to the Marketing Director on a monthly basis
