As a member of the Digital Marketing & CRM team, your efforts will be centered around strategic digital initiatives across primary channels including email marketing, digital performance marketing (paid search, display, social media, video advertising) CRM marketing, and strategic marketing analytics. You will directly impact and deliver upon the business goals defined by executive leadership at both the Apple Leisure Group (ALG) and AMResorts levels.

A successful Digital Marketing Associate will:

  • Manage day-to-day communication with vendors to ensure successful completion of digital marketing projects
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and coordinate deliverables through the aforementioned external vendors to deliver on key cross-functional marketing goals
  • Oversee strategic digital marketing efforts across paid digital channels including SEM, display and social media advertising
  • Drive new customer acquisition efforts within designated objectives
  • Analyze campaign performance, research campaign issues and formulate actionable solutions based off findings
  • Provide strategic guidance on the creation, production, and execution of digital marketing materials for promotional campaigns; and report on results following campaign run
  • Develop business cases for new marketing programs based on data-driven insights
  • Review digital marketing and email creative assets, messaging, etc. to maintain alignment with brand standards, product guidelines and best practices
  • Conduct competitive analysis of competing websites and promotional efforts
  • Leverage expertise to execute digital advertising efforts including: testing, campaign set-up, and QA review
  • Investigate and recommend enhancements that can improve return on investment efficiency
  • Develop in-depth campaign insight reports and data analysis
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of industry trends, digital technology, metrics measurement and demonstrate the ability to recognize how they can impact customer acquisition, retention and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent 4-year degree
  • 2-4 years’ experience in Email Marketing, Digital Marketing, CRM, Online Advertising, Marketing Analytics with focus on acquisition-based marketing campaigns
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Coordinator, Digital Marketing Associate or similar role
  • Hands-on Experience with SEO/SEM, display and social media advertising campaigns
  • Solid understanding of web metrics & digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze & interpret data
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools/applications
  • Familiarity with content management system software
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel with excellent quantitative skills
  • Excellent time management and project management skills
  • Ability to achieve defined objectives with minimum supervision
  • Attention to detail, proactive and good organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently
