What Digital Campaign Management Development contributes to Cardinal Health

Digital Campaign Management is responsible for developing and driving digital marketing campaigns and strategies that meet and/or exceed business objectives and provide additional insight about our customers across all digital channels.

  • Creates compelling marketing programs to drive revenue and sales in support of business objectives.
  • Plans, manages and executes all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
  • Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Evaluates emerging technologies and provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Collaborates with internal teams and vendor partners to achieve desired results.

We are looking for a mission-driven digital analyst to help us achieve major positive change in the art and science of healthcare at-home. In this role, reporting to Manager of Digital & Ecommerce, you will use your natural curiosity and a desire to discover the answers to key questions via online customer data/analytics that will impact the patient and customer experience. You will have the opportunity to build from the ground-up an integrated, targeted, and measurable analytics & SEO program for our customers (patients, HCPs, clinicians, commercial). This role requires broad digital marketing experience with specific knowledge of digital marketing strategy, social media marketing, marketing automation, nurturing campaigns, digital advertising, search engine optimization (SEO) integrated content marketing, search engine marketing (SEM) / pay per click (PPC) strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of experience in related field preferred
  • 1+ years of experience as a Web Analyst or Web Business Analyst
  • 1+ year of experience in SEO
  • Track record of success in digital marketing analytics, either in-house or agency
  • Experience working with analytics tools such as but not limited to Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Hub Spot, Adswerve, Google Tag Manager, etc. -- or similar
  • Experience working with large data sets / databases; SQL programming
  • Understanding of online marketing channels social media, display, SEM, SEO
  • Proficiency using Microsoft suite of products, PowerPoint, strong use and knowledge of excel (vlookups, pivots, calculations, etc.), experience with Tableau is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop methods for tracking, analyzing, and sharing online user behavior and conversion data focused on customers across channels
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders that track and interpret key metrics, and respond to ad-hoc requests for analytics data and reports
  • Develop and monitor SEO/SEM programs and work with internal and external stakeholders across Marketing Organization, writers and designers to ensure optimization for SEO of digital content across all channels
  • Provide data driven recommendations for campaign tagging, on-site tracking, and conversion optimization strategies for core site and campaign landing pages
  • Use web analytics data from a number of sources to evaluate the effectiveness of traffic building initiatives and provide recommendations for improvements in content marketing, user experience and conversion
  • Assist with execution of email tactics, landing page creation and form development
  • Support with effective cross-channel social media optimization strategies
  • Stay apprised of competitor initiatives, industry trends, and emerging platforms and technologies
  • Promote improvements in the user experience, sales performance, and proprietary customer knowledge (e.g., cross-sell, upsell, navigation structure, product categorization, defining behavioral segments of customers, etc.)
  • Monitor and interpret customer behavior, identify and communicate changes in performance, and make actionable recommendations for site and experience improvements.
  • Identify data requirements-often beyond the standard-to analyze complex problems, situations, and issues.
  • Perform content audits with gap analysis to develop content that drives results
  • Work with copywriters, marketing automation specialist and web developers to improve engagement and effectiveness of website, content, campaigns, and more
  • Coordinate Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns with agency partner through all phases of launch and maintenance; including creative development, build out, tracking, reporting, analysis, and optimization
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, digital/e-commerce, and customer intelligence teams
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical resources
